To maintain our market leading position, we are seeking qualified individuals to complement and enhance our highly dedicated team at our Vancouver Gastown head office.  The highly motivated individuals will assist in the preparation of development feasibility studies, store location and network strategies, shopping centre merchandising and tenant layout plans and urban commercial planning studies.

Senior Consultant / Project Manager

Qualifications:

·      Masters degree in Urban Geography, Planning or Business Administration;

·      Minimum 3 years of experience in urban planning, retail or real estate development;

·      Exceptional communications skills;

·      Outstanding analytical and writing skills;

·      Professional outlook

·      Strong leadership skills

 

Consultant / Project Specialist

Qualifications:

·    Bachelors degree in Urban Geography, Planning and Business

·    Strong communication and analytical skills

·    Excellent research abilities

·    Technical proficiency in GIS and empirical analysis

·    Highly motivated and a strong team player
